Leclerc Influencer
The Leclerc influencer is a great option for travelers. Its elegant design, auto-folding capabilities and dimensions that are cabin-approved make it a fantastic choice. Its folded (and unfolded) width is 47cm, which slightly exceeds the IATA standard of 45cm. However, it still meets the airline’s hand luggage requirements and can be stored in the overhead lockers during flights (Subject to Airline approval). We found it was easy to clean using a simple wipe down and there were a variety of additional items available like footmuffs, nappy and buggy organiser bags that strap onto the handles and hoods offering UV50+ protection.
We love that it is so compact when folded, and that it can easily fit into tiny spaces like shops narrow alleyways, and Jane’s tiny terrace – and it’s even easy to move up and down the stairs. The bumper bar can also serve as a handle. There’s also a large brake that is flip-flop compatible and comes with a colour-coded indicator. The basket is smaller than others but it’s big enough to take a decent-sized change bag. there are also additional trays for drinks, snacks and toys.
It is suitable for babies from birth. There are adaptors available to be used in conjunction with a Leclerc Baby Carrycot. For older children there’s a clever backrest that nearly flattens, making it ideal for extended nap times or walks and the smart magnetic 5-point harness is easy to use. Joie Evalite Duo
British brand Joie is committed to “sharing joy with new parents” and has created pushchairs that are “functional and fashionable”. The Evalite Duo is their latest twin strollers for newborns buggy. It’s designed to take two children side-by-side in contrast to the slightly heavier Aire Twin, and has elevated seating that allows both children can view the world around them.
The Evalite Duo weighs just under 10kg and is one of lightest strollers for siblings available. It is suitable for use starting at the time of birth and is compatible with Joie car seats or carrycots. It’s simple to drive or ride, lift, and fold and the clever frame expands to fit the second seat.
Out ‘n’ about says the Evalite Duo’s one-handed folding is a highlight. They were amazed by how quickly and easily the Evalite Duo comes together. However, they did note that it’s a bit more difficult to navigate bumps and rough terrain than other models.
They also mention that the front seat doesn’t fully recline and they needed to use their hands to get it back down – something they’d prefer not to be forced to do while traveling with young children. The Evalite Duo, however, is a fantastic stroller that can be made even better with a few adjustments. They appreciate that it’s compact and small when folded!
iCandy Peach
iCandy Peach is a highly-sophisticated tandem buggy that gives parents all the options they require. It is compatible with many car seats, and folds easily using a one-click mechanism. It also comes with plenty of accessories that other brands will charge separately like rain covers and liners.
iCandy Peach is a popular choice among parents who are fashion-conscious, thanks to its stylish and modern jersey fabrics. The new 2022 Peach is updated with minor tweaks to enhance performance and functionality without sacrificing aesthetics.
One of the most significant changes to the latest Peach is the inclusion of a ride-on board that makes it an ideal choice for twins. It’s also a bit smaller than the older Peach model, but it still has all the space that your child might require.
It’s a great double stroller for parents who are looking for something that looks good and has a lot of flexibility. It can be used as a single pram from birth, and then purchase the double kit to make it into a twin stroller. It also has a massive basket and five recline positions to provide maximum comfort for your child. It also comes with a one-handed fold and an integrated carry strap. It is a bit heavy to store, especially since it folds in two parts instead of one.
iCandy Orange
This is one of the most comfortable twin buggies on the market. The seats are able to be fitted with liners and footmuffs to keep your children warm during cold weather. The carrycot slots onto the Orange chassis with ease thanks to the gates that open and is comfortable and spacious. Orange chassis can accommodate 30 different combinations of the seats and carrycot.
The wheels are optimised to tackle pavements and rough ground, and there’s a large shopping basket beneath that is ideal for big supermarket shops. This pushchair is comfortable to drive, with a light feel and the rounded pedal brake is simple to use (but it’s not flip-flop-friendly). It’s not the easiest one to fold as the latch that keeps it folded needs two hands to unlock. Once it’s folded, the front wheels tuck under the basket, and the chassis can free-stand easily.
The Orange is ideal to parents who want to look stylish and stylish. children or toddlers and want a buggy that’ll be able to adapt to the child. It’s also a great option for parents expecting a second hand double buggy child in the near future who require a flexible double pram and pushchair pushchair. Mountain Buggy Duet
Established by an Australian, Mountain Buggy (part of the Mokopuna group that also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger) is the first pram brand to focus on all-terrain double pushchairs. The Duet twin stroller can be easily maneuvered in narrow aisles for shopping and through the doors. It is one of the smallest, most feature-packed thule double stroller buggies available and has won many awards including the 2014 Mother & Baby Twin Gold and the 2015 Prima Baby Twin Silver.
The seats are wide enough to let children of various ages to sit comfortably together. They are also independently reclining so that kids can pick their preferred seating position. The large canopies have an adjustable sun visor that can be removed and the storage bin is extremely spacious. It works with most brands and accepts two adapters for infant car seats with the purchase of car seats.
The only downside is the weight. It is heavy at 32.4 pounds, and it could be difficult to lift out and into of the trunk for Grandma. It’s also more expensive than other double stroller with infant car seat side-by-side buggies. It is built to last, and comes with a variety of options for the price. It is a great choice for parents in urban areas who want to avoid lugging a bulky stroller around. The padded harnesses, 5-point buckle and straps that are padded make it safe for babies.
Bugaboo Donkey Twin
The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a stylish and functional design. It’s a good product, but not without flaws.
It’s got very little in terms of extra conveniences for both the children and parents. There’s a small bin next to the seat, but it’s only accessible when one seat is attached and that’s all the thing it has. There aren’t any parent trays cup holders, cup holders or accessory pockets, and this could pose a problem for long trips.
The seats don’t recline to a flat position and the gap between them is a bit wide and our 5 year old had trouble lying back with ease. It’s a pity, considering it’s a premium vehicle.
On the positive side, it’s a easy to maneuver, and the swivel wheel is great at getting up steep slopes and steps. It is also narrow enough to fit through the majority of doorways, and it folds easily for easy storage and transport. It can also be converted into mono mode with just three clicks if you ever require more space or a quick getaway. The comfort wheeled board can accommodate an additional child if needed. It is expensive though so if you’re on a budget there are other options available there. It’s worth it though in the event that you’re a huge fan of the brand and have money to spend.
