sandstone pavers

Last weekend, I went to see Rick to share a nice glass of wine with him. I knew he had remodeled his backyard and installed a swimming pool there, but I was completely awe-struck when I reached his house. He had installed amazing-looking beige Sandstone Pavers around the pool and used the same stone to build a walkway in his backyard. I knew Rick was proud of what he had done and bragged about how lucky he was to find an authentic Sandstone Pavers Supplier in Sydney – “Stone Centre”.

My immediate question was how he came across Stone Centre and what was special about the company that made him purchase the pavers from them. I tell you that I had to ask. Wondering why?

He didn’t stop saying good things about the supplier, he started with the massive inventory they maintain, the huge portfolio of different materials they offer, their stone quality, their beautiful store display at Wetherill Park, the pricing he got the stone at, and lastly the amazing customer experience he received from the company. After listening to him continuously for 15 minutes. I too felt like connecting with them to do something for my house.

What Product Did He Get?

I have seen the stone. It’s beautiful and it looks luxurious. I know for sure the stone is carved from Premium Sandstone. It had the least amount of pores I have ever seen on any stone in my life, the colour variation was consistent and the surface had a honed finish, which was just perfect for the stone.

Teakwood Sandstone it was! I still remember the name, because I am sure when in the future, I want to do a home extension job (Which is long due), I am definitely choosing the same stone as Rick did.

Teakwood Sandstone Pavers & Tiles

One interesting thing I got to know about Teakwood Sandstone is that this stone comes from their own quarry back in India, and I wonder if that’s the reason they can maintain a superior quality. Well, that’s good for the Sydney siders

Where is the Supplier in Sydney? (I Had to Ask Him)

See, you can’t lose on such a good find. Since I have told you guys my home extension job is due, and I was planning to do it this summer. Now I have even more reasons to finally get done with it (fingers crossed).

Stone Centre – Premium Natural Stones Supplier is at 7 Coates Pl, Wetherill Park, NSW. Oh, they are at an accessible location too, and I know just like Rick and me, Melburnians can also reach them easily. Kudos to their team!

What Was So Good About Customer Service? What Was Different? These questions followed next in my mind.

Rick said and I quote, “I have never talked to anyone in my life who is so enthusiastic about their product”. He found Stone Centre on Google (Can you believe that) and starting from the sales consultant (he got in touch with over the phone) to the warehouse team at 7 Coates Pl, every one according to him shared the same level of enthusiasm.

The follow-ups were done on time, and they paid special attention to understand his project vision. The samples were free of cost so he could show them to Laura (his wife) and the delivery was made without any hassle.

Oh! Did I Forget to Tell You? We Were Also Expecting Mark to Join Us?

Yes! We were expecting Mark to join us for our evening chat, and there he came (I can’t tell you about the look on his face when he saw the remodeled backyard). And oh boy, it started again, Mark asked everything that I already asked Rick. However, there is a slight catch here, no, two catches I will say!

Mark connected with a landscaper last week, and he was also redoing his patio and driveway by the end of this month. Fortunately, he was looking for Granite and Travertine, not Sandstone for his house.

I knew we had another one coming and Rick started telling us that the company is not a supplier of only Sandstone Pavers, they have Travertine, Limestone, Bluestone, Granite, Marble and Slatestone too. We had to go to their website to check and voila, they did!

Normally we don’t do that, but we called them on the weekend and to our surprise they picked up the call, arranged a warehouse visit for Tuesday and sent the Travertine and Granite product pictures on Mark’s email the same day.

That was a testament to how good customer service the company offers. Lucky us!

Who Knew We Will Find GOLD in Sydney?! (Not Literally)

I feel happy that I visited Rick’s house this weekend, and I could find a reliable Natural Stone Supplier in the Sydney area. (They are hard to find, aren’t they?). Now, I am relaxed that I can finally bring my project vision to life this year and probably host a nice barbeque for my neighbours to make them envy (kidding) my beautiful-looking backyard.

If you have a paving job in mind, you should also connect with them, who knows you might find Gold too!
